Megan moloughney

Megan is a leader in commercial real estate with over 26 years of experience focusing on innovative, substantiable, and community driven solutions for developments. Most recently, she was Vice President of the Los Angeles region of Skanska USA Commercial Development, responsible for guiding her project teams through the execution of Skanska's regional strategy, including acquisitions, conceptual design, permitting, pre-construction activities, leasing, operations, and disposition. Before joining Skanska, Megan worked as the Senior Development Manager for The Ratkovich Company, overseeing the recapitalization of assets, redevelopment, and leasing, as well as entitlements for 790-unit residential development. She received her bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Washington and was awarded Connect CRE's 2021 Women in Real Estate Awardee, Bisnow's SoCal Power Women In 2018 and 2022, and LA Business First Woman of Influence in 2023.
